We want to make sure that our products last as long as possible and that none of them goes to landfill. Whatever happens, we're here to help - too big, an accident occurred, no longer needed - we can always find the right solution! All below services are free we just ask you to pay a small fee to cover return postage.
Lifetime repair warranty

All our products are covered with a lifetime repair warranty

What's covered: manufacture fault, accidental damage, any damage that wasn't caused on purpose or by gross negligence

What's not covered: colour fading and shrinking

Holes, tears, fabric pulls, and snags will be only repaired if it's physically possible
Hemming

You can use the hemming service at any time - the product might be new, used or five years old

In most cases, we can only make muslin products smaller

Muslin fabric is very tricky to sew, so it's not always possible to extend it or make a patch that will last

Our lifetime repair warranty also covers any changes we make to the product
Reuse

If you no longer want or use our products, please give them to friends or family

No one to give them to - donate to charity
Recycle

If one of our products reaches the end of life - is beyond repair, or you're unable to donate it, please get in touch with us

We are determined and fill responsible for making sure none of our products goes to landfill
