Returns

• You have 30 days for returns - no questions asked

• We can only accept a return if:

  • the item is faulty,

  • not as described,

  • or is in the same condition as delivered (not used or washed)

• If a product is faulty, please send us a photo of the product before sending it back to us.

• After we receive the returned product, we will make the reimbursement:

  • If you return an item within 30 days of delivery, we’ll give you a full refund (excluding delivery costs) using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

• Return cost:

  • if you change your mind: FREE

  • if the item is faulty or not as described: FREE

Exchange

• You have 30 days to do an exchange.

• We can only exchange items in the same condition as delivered (not used or washed)

• You can only do an exchange for the same or a higher value

• Please send us an email before sending any items to us

• postage cost (both ways) included

• Exchange cost:

  • UK orders: FREE

  • International orders: customer pays postage
